The A3-21 Plasma Rifle, popularly known to be a little devastator, in the video game Fallout 3 has made it to the real world – sort of. Pieced together by one Ryan Palser, this homebrewed replica took five months to complete and involved the enrollment of his wife's painting skills for the weathering job.
